About Pomona Produce

Pomona Produce is a small-scale, earth-conscious, customer-centric market farm operation based on multiple plots of land and one indoor grow space in the Salt Lake Valley. We strive to grow healthy, nutrient dense produce harvested for our community at the peak of freshness. From delivering directly to chefs and restaurants to selling at local farmer's markets, our personalized sales approach allows us connect with our customers and keep our finger on the pulse of the burgeoning food scene. Our farming methods rely heavily on creating and maintaining healthy soils, implementing efficient drip irrigation systems and strategically planning our crop rotation months in advance to allow for maximum product output with minimal degradation of resources. While we enjoy growing kitchen staples, we also pride ourselves in growing more obscure ingredients such as microgreens, edible flowers and unique, hard to find varieties of common vegetables. We hope that our vibrant approach to farming will bring a flair of flavor, color and texture to tables throughout the valley.
